1: Better design. Yes, LG optimus L3 has got solid design and comes with two color options (B & W) and to tell the truth its design is better than galaxy pop, galaxy Y and galaxy pocket. 

2: Better camera. LG Optimus L3 got 3.15MP auto focus camera which can record the video in VGA resolution. So, that means L3 got better camera than its compititor.
